Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Dot Incorporation (hereinafter “Dot”) and users of all services (hereinafter “Services”) provided through Dot’s website (dotincorp.com) and its mobile application (hereinafter “App”).
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
1. “Website” refers to a virtual store established by Dot to facilitate transactions of products or services. It is an online platform through which users can trade products via wired or wireless information communication devices, such as computers and smartphones. “Website” may also refer to the operator of this web platform.
2. “User” refers to anyone who accesses the Website and uses the Services provided by Dot under these Terms.
3. “Member” refers to a user who registers by providing personal information to the Website and is subsequently approved to use the Services. The term “Member” may refer to individual members or all members collectively.
4. “Dormant Member” refers to a member who has not logged in for 12 months since their last login on the Website.
5. “Non-Member” refers to anyone who uses the Services provided by the Website without registering as a Member.
Article 3 (Effect and Revision of the Terms)
1. The Website shall post these Terms on its main service screen in a manner easily accessible to all users. The main service screen shall specify Dot’s official business name, address (including the customer support address), phone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order registration number, and the personal information protection officer’s details. 2. The Website shall provide key information—such as contract cancellation, shipping responsibilities, and refund conditions—via a separate linked or pop-up screen to help users fully understand the main points of these Terms.
3. The Website may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (hereinafter “Relevant Laws”), and other applicable regulations.
4. If the Terms are revised, the Website shall notify users at least seven days before the effective date by specifying the effective date and the reasons for the revision, alongside the previous Terms. The revised Terms shall be clearly compared with the previous version for the users’ reference.
5. The revised Terms apply only to contracts formed on or after their effective date. Existing contracts will remain subject to the previous Terms unless the user clearly states in writing that they agree to follow the revised Terms and the Website approves such request.
6. When announcing the revised Terms, the Website must include a statement that if a member does not explicitly object within 30 days, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
7. If a member does not agree to the revised Terms, the Website cannot apply the revised Terms to that member, and the member may terminate their service contract. If there are special reasons why the previous Terms cannot be applied, Dot may terminate the service contract with the member.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
1. The Services provided by the Website include.
• Providing information about products or services and facilitating purchase contracts
• Shipping products or services under a concluded purchase contract
• Other tasks determined by Dot
2. If unavoidable reasons arise, such as changes in technical specifications, the Website may modify the content of the Services provided. In such cases, the Website shall promptly post the details of the changed product or service and the effective date.
3. If the Website needs to modify any currently offered Services or products due to sales discontinuation or specification changes, it shall promptly notify users via electronic means.
Article 5 (Service Interruption and Termination)
1. The Website may temporarily suspend the Services under the following circumstances.
• Maintenance, replacement, or failure of computers or communication equipment
• Unavoidable circumstances such as network outages
2. If the Website suspends the Services due to the circumstances mentioned above, it shall compensate users or third parties for any resulting damages, except where the Website proves there was no intentional act or negligence on its part.
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
1. Users may apply for membership by completing the registration form prescribed by the Website and agreeing to these Terms.
2. The Website may refuse or revoke membership registration for applicants who meet any of the following conditions.
• The applicant previously lost membership status by violating these Terms
• The registration form contains false information
• It is otherwise deemed inappropriate for the applicant to be registered as a member
Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification)
1. A member may request withdrawal at any time through the Website, and the Website shall process the withdrawal request immediately.
2. The Website may restrict or revoke a member’s qualifications in the following cases.
• The member has provided false information
• The member delays payment for products or services purchased on the Website
• The member interferes with or threatens another user’s use of the Services
Article 8 (Notices and Announcements)
1. When the Website notifies a member, it may do so via the email address provided by the member or through in-service notifications.
2. For notifications to an unspecified number of members, the Website may post an announcement on its bulletin board instead of sending individual notices.
Article 9 (Purchase Application and Formation of Contract)
Users may apply to purchase products or services on the Website by following these steps: • Searching for and selecting a product
• Searching for and selecting a product
• Entering purchase application details
• Selecting a payment method and proceeding with payment
• Receiving approval of the purchase application from the Website
Article 10 (Formation of Contract and Order Cancellation)
1. The Website decides whether to approve the user’s purchase application, and the contract is formed at the time the user’s payment is completed.
2. If the user does not complete payment within a certain period after initiating payment, the Website may cancel the order.
Article 11 (Payment Methods)
1. Payment methods for products or services purchased on the Website include.

• Other payment methods allowed by Dot
2. The user assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of their payment information.
Article 12 (Order Acceptance, Modification, and Cancellation)
1. When a user places an order, the Website provides an order confirmation.
2. After receiving order confirmation, the user may immediately request changes or cancellation. If payment has already been completed, Article 15 (Cancellation) shall apply.
Article 13 (Supply of Products)
1. The Website delivers the ordered products to the specified address via international shipping services.
2. Delivery times may vary depending on the region and could take 3–11 or more business days.
3. If delivery is delayed, the user can check the status through customer support.
Article 14 (Refund Policy)
1. If the Website is unable to provide a product due to it being out of stock or other reasons, it shall promptly notify the user and initiate a refund process.

Article 15 (Purchase Cancellation and Returns)
1. Users may cancel a purchase within seven days of receiving the product.
2. Returns are not possible in the following cases.
• The product is damaged due to reasons attributable to the user
• The value of the product has significantly decreased
3. If the product does not match the contract or has defects, the Website will bear the return costs.
Article 16 (Refunds Following Cancellation)
1. The Website processes the refund within 5–10 business days after receiving the user’s return.
2. If the user paid by credit card or electronic currency, the Website will request the cancellation of the payment.
Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)
1. The Website may collect only the minimum personal information necessary to fulfill the contract.
2. The Website will not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s consent.
3. Users may request to view or correct their personal information at any time, and the Website shall process such requests promptly.
Article 18 (Obligations of the Website)
1. The Website shall comply with relevant laws and provide stable services to users.
2. The Website shall maintain a security system to protect users’ personal information.
Article 19 (Obligations of the User)
1. Users shall not engage in the following activities.
• Providing false information
• Using another person’s account without authorization
• Modifying information on the Website without permission
• Infringing on the Website’s copyrights
2. The Website may restrict service use or terminate contracts if a user violates these obligations.
Article 20 (Relationship with Linked Websites)
1. If the Website is hyperlinked to external websites, it is not responsible for products or services provided on those external sites.
2. Users must comply with the terms of use for the linked websites.
Article 21 (Copyrights and Use Restrictions)
1. All content provided on the Website is owned by Dot.
2. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast the information provided on the Website without prior consent from Dot, nor provide it to third parties.
3. The copyright for any content posted by users on the Website belongs to those users, and Dot may use such content for the Website’s operational purposes.
Article 22 (Dispute Resolution)
1. The Website operates a customer support center to handle legitimate user opinions or complaints and will make every effort to resolve any disputes quickly.
2. The Website may establish separate procedures to handle legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users in relation to electronic commerce disputes between the Website and the user.
3. If disputes between the Website and users cannot be resolved amicably, they may follow the procedures of a competent court or the Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee.
Article 23 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. All disputes related to electronic commerce between the Website and the user shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any lawsuit arising from disputes between the Website and the user shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where Dot’s headquarters are located.
Article 24 (Miscellaneous Provisions)
1. Any matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and general commercial practices.
2. Even if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
