- Retention reason: For record-keeping in accordance with employment procedure laws and statistical purposes.

4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Disposal
In principle, the company promptly disposes of personal information once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if retention is required by law, it will not be deleted. The disposal methods are as follows:
- Personal information printed on paper: Shredded or incinerated.
- Personal information stored in electronic file format: Deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
5. Rights to Access, Correct, and Withdraw Consent for Personal Information
Applicants may access, correct, or withdraw consent for their personal information at any time before the final submission of their application.
If an applicant wishes to request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for their personal information, they may contact dot@dotincorp.com. Upon verification, necessary actions will be taken without delay.
If an applicant requests correction of an error in their personal information, we will not use or provide that personal information until the correction is completed.
Additionally, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the company will promptly notify the third party of the correction to ensure the necessary adjustments are made.
In the following cases, access to personal information may be restricted.
- If access is prohibited or restricted by law.
- If there is a risk of unjustly infringing on the life, body, property, or rights of a third party.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
