Consent to Personal Information Collection

Dot (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") strives to comply with the relevant laws, including the 『Personal Information Protection Act』 and the 『Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection』.To protect applicants' personal information and rights, the Company has established the following personal information processing policy.

1. Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use

- Application submission, selection process, recruitment status updates, and related notifications, Management of potential future candidates and identity verification

2. Collected Personal Information Items and Collection Methods
  1. (1) Required Information: Email, Name, Mobile Number, Resume
  2. (2) Optional Information: Portfolio
3. Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information

In principle, the company will promptly dispose of the applicant's personal information once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved or if the applicant withdraws their consent to provide personal information. However, the following information will be retained for the specified period with the consent of the data subject for the reasons stated below.

  1. (1) Personal information of hired applicants

    - Retention period: 3 years after resignation. After 3 years, personally identifiable information such as name, contact details, and email will be anonymized and stored for an additional 5 years. At the time of resignation, separate consent will be obtained for extended retention.

    - Retention reason: For personnel management and employee benefits during employment.

  2. (2) Personal information of non-hired applicants

    - Retention period: After 3 years, personally identifiable information such as name, contact details, and email will be anonymized and stored for an additional 5 years.

    - Retention reason: For record-keeping in accordance with employment procedure laws and statistical purposes.

    * If you wish to delete the personal information you have provided, please contact the Personal Information Management Department as specified in Section 6, "6. Matters Regarding the Personal Information Protection Officer" of this Privacy Policy.

4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Disposal

In principle, the company promptly disposes of personal information once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if retention is required by law, it will not be deleted. The disposal methods are as follows:

- Personal information printed on paper: Shredded or incinerated.

- Personal information stored in electronic file format: Deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.

5. Rights to Access, Correct, and Withdraw Consent for Personal Information

Applicants may access, correct, or withdraw consent for their personal information at any time before the final submission of their application.

If an applicant wishes to request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for their personal information, they may contact dot@dotincorp.com. Upon verification, necessary actions will be taken without delay.

If an applicant requests correction of an error in their personal information, we will not use or provide that personal information until the correction is completed.

Additionally, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the company will promptly notify the third party of the correction to ensure the necessary adjustments are made.

In the following cases, access to personal information may be restricted.

- If access is prohibited or restricted by law.

- If there is a risk of unjustly infringing on the life, body, property, or rights of a third party.

6. Matters Regarding the Personal Information Protection Officer

To protect applicants' personal information and handle complaints related to personal information, the company has designated a Personal Information Protection Officer and a Personal Information Management Department.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised with additions, deletions, or modifications in response to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies. Any updates will be announced through the website's notices.
