Warranty Conditions
- Free A/S refers to repair services provided at no charge for functional issues caused by manufacturing defects that arise during normal usage within the warranty period.
- The Dot Pad is eligible for free repair service for manufacturing defects for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
- Due to its consumable nature, the battery is covered under warranty for six (6) months from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.
- This warranty applies only to functional issues that occur under normal usage in accordance with the Dot Pad’s technical specifications and user manual (including safety precautions).
Out-of-Warranty Service
- Out of Warranty PeriodThe warranty period has expired.
- Third-Party ProductsDamage caused by unapproved accessories such as non-recommended chargers or batteries
- ConsumablesNatural wear and tear or aging of consumable parts due to normal usage (e.g., surface scratches, discoloration of exterior materials, changes in color from sun or chemical exposure, dust ingress, etc.).
- Acts of GodDamage caused by natural disasters or force majeure events (e.g., lightning, fire, earthquakes, storms).
- Customer NegligenceDefects or damage resulting from user negligence or misuse.Damage or malfunction resulting from user negligence during self-repair.In cases where parts other than those specified in the self-repair guide(bezel, cell protector) have been disassembled or modified arbitrarily by the user or unauthorized repair providers.Internal damage caused by exposure to water or chemicals due to improper handling.Exposure to high temperatures or extreme environmental conditions.Intentional damage or damage from overvoltage or electric shock.Attempts to modify the device software.Any other malfunction arising from abnormal use or failure to follow proper usage guidelines.
